This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the InboxParse service (the “Service”).

This policy applies to all users of the Service, including customers, developers, and any third parties accessing the InboxParse API or platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Purpose of the Policy
InboxParse provides tools for processing and structuring email data. Because the Service interacts with communication systems and personal data, responsible use is essential.
This policy defines activities that are not permitted when using the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
2. Illegal Activities
You may not use the Service to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- violating applicable laws or regulations
- processing stolen or unlawfully obtained data
- facilitating fraud or identity theft
- distributing illegal content
- violating sanctions or export restrictions
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
3. Abuse of Email Systems
InboxParse must not be used to abuse email infrastructure or communication systems.
Prohibited activities include:
- sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- harvesting email addresses without consent
- processing email accounts without authorization
- facilitating phishing or impersonation attacks
- distributing deceptive or misleading messages
4. Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
You may not attempt to:
- gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- bypass authentication or security controls
- probe or scan systems for vulnerabilities without authorization
- disrupt infrastructure or network operations
- interfere with service availability
Any attempt to compromise system security may result in immediate suspension.
5. Malicious Software and Harmful Activity
The Service may not be used to create, distribute, or facilitate:
- malware
- ransomware
- spyware
- trojans
- viruses
- botnets
- command-and-control infrastructure
Any activity intended to damage systems, steal data, or disrupt services is prohibited.
6. Data Privacy Violations
You may not use the Service in ways that violate data protection or privacy laws.
Prohibited activities include:
- processing personal data without legal basis
- collecting personal data unlawfully
- using the Service for surveillance or tracking without consent
- violating GDPR or other data protection regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to process the data they submit to the Service.
7. Misuse of the API
When using the InboxParse API, you agree not to:
- exceed reasonable usage limits
- intentionally overload the Service
- use automated systems that disrupt operations
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- exploit vulnerabilities or bugs
Excessive or abusive API usage may lead to rate limiting or suspension.
8. Content Restrictions
The Service may not be used to process or distribute content that:
- promotes violence or terrorism
- contains child exploitation material
- promotes hate or harassment
- violates intellectual property rights
- contains unlawful or abusive material
If such content is detected, access may be immediately suspended.
9. Protection of the Service
Users must not engage in activities that threaten the reliability, security, or performance of the Service.
This includes:
- denial-of-service attacks
- excessive automated requests
- infrastructure abuse
- attempts to disrupt platform operations
We reserve the right to implement technical measures such as rate limits or blocking to protect the Service.
10. Enforcement
If we determine that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take actions including:
- issuing warnings
- suspending API access
- restricting service functionality
- terminating accounts
- reporting illegal activity to authorities
Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Timerise sp. z o.o.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of misuse of the Service, please report it to: hello@timerise.io
We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and will include the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
