These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InboxParse website, API, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
InboxParse provides a developer platform and API that allows users to:
- connect email inboxes or email sources
- process emails using automated and AI-assisted systems
- convert email content into structured data
- generate summaries, labels, and semantic data
- access processed data via API or dashboard
The Service may evolve over time and features may change, be added, or removed.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- maintain the security of your credentials
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- be responsible for all activity under your account
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. API Usage
InboxParse provides access to APIs that allow developers to integrate email parsing and data processing into their applications.
When using the API, you agree to:
- use the API only for lawful purposes
- comply with rate limits and usage limits
- avoid attempting to reverse engineer the Service
- not interfere with system security or stability
We may suspend or limit API access if usage threatens system integrity or violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- process illegal content
- violate privacy or data protection laws
- send spam or unsolicited messages
- process stolen or unauthorized email accounts
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- conduct abusive or malicious activity
- distribute malware or harmful code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data that you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”), including email content and metadata.
By using the Service, you grant Timerise sp. z o.o. a limited license to:
- process Customer Data
- store Customer Data
- transmit Customer Data
- analyze Customer Data
solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of Customer Data.
7. AI and Automated Processing
InboxParse may use automated systems, including machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies, to process data and generate structured outputs.
These outputs may include:
- summaries
- labels
- structured data
- classifications
- search indexes
While we strive for accuracy, automated outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of decision-making.
8. Pricing and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Pricing plans and limits may include:
- API usage
- email processing volume
- mailbox connections
- storage
- enterprise features
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Free Plans and Trial Access
InboxParse may offer free plans, trial periods, or early access programs.
We reserve the right to:
- modify or discontinue free plans
- impose usage limits
- restrict features
- terminate trial access
at any time.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Service may experience:
- maintenance periods
- technical failures
- infrastructure outages
- third-party service disruptions
Timerise sp. z o.o. is not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from such events.
11. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as:
- email providers
- authentication providers
- analytics services
- payment processors
Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Service, including:
- software
- APIs
- documentation
- trademarks
- branding
- design
remains the property of Timerise sp. z o.o. or its licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not:
- copy the Service
- resell the Service without authorization
- reverse engineer the platform
- create derivative works
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- you violate these Terms
- your usage threatens system integrity
- required by law
- payment obligations are not fulfilled
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to your account and data may be disabled.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timerise sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- lost profits
- loss of data
- business interruption
Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous 12 months.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be:
- uninterrupted
- error-free
- completely secure
- fully accurate
You use the Service at your own risk.
16. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where required under applicable law, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply between Timerise sp. z o.o. and the customer.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes occur, we will provide notice via:
- the website
- the dashboard
- email notifications
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
