This list forms part of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and is maintained to provide transparency regarding data processing infrastructure used by the Service.
1. What Are Subprocessors
Subprocessors are third-party companies that process personal data on behalf of Timerise sp. z o.o. in order to operate the InboxParse platform.
Subprocessors may assist with services such as:
- cloud infrastructure
- data storage
- authentication
- payment processing
- analytics
- monitoring and logging
- customer communications
All subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate data protection and security measures.
2. Current Subprocessors
The following subprocessors may process or store data in connection with the InboxParse Service.

Before engaging a Subprocessor, we evaluate their:
- security practices
- privacy compliance
- data protection measures
- contractual safeguards
Subprocessors are required to process personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4. International Data Transfers
Some Subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- legally compliant transfer mechanisms
- appropriate security protections

We may update this Subprocessors list from time to time as our infrastructure evolves. When new Subprocessors are added, this page will be updated accordingly.
